This Sping 2011 semester, I'm teaching one undergraduate Business Finance (FIN 3310) course and a masters level course on Risk Managment and Derivative Markets (FIN 5316). Business Finance is the introductory class in Finance for all business majors. We study topics including financial statements, cash flow, financial statement analysis, Time value of money, financial markets, valuation, capital budgeting, capital structure and dividend policy. Risk Management and Derivative Markets is an overview of futures/forwards, option, and swap markets, their characteristics, pricing and use as tools to manage risk. |
